Summon Forge

Yesterday we finally got the Summon Forge (Spell Stone) working. This is going to be a very useful utility skill for those who have it... and their friends. Although we probably should have called it "Transform into a Forge". Tutulio & PineOak new feature that lets us add these pop-ups (APOPs) to player transformations.  Currently you can slide around as a forge for maximum comedy.  We just need to block movement once you do the transform. As we add more advanced combat-power functionality to the game, we will add it here as well.
