Skin Color Revamp

Zhoom just pushed a skin color processing revamp. The darker colors look much nicer now. It is trying to match AQWorlds colors as closely as possible, but it is not going to be an exact match because of the way colors are handled and CC (color customization) is done. Here is the before and after that zhoom posted.
