Dage's Monsterous Bonus Backer Pet

During the live stream with Despair and Dage... this monstrosity was concepted. It is gloriously monsterous. Axeros just flashed it it. How about we make this into a monster?  Then we can add an NPC with a backer-only quest to let you earn your backer-only pet version of it.
